His experience in assisting locals with challenging scenarios including business owners and primary industry makes him an ideal partner for any local, for any type of loan. He has recently partnered with the Tassie Home Loans business to further increase his ability to service the local region.
Julia is a qualified finance broker with over 35 years extensive mortgages knowledge. It is her thorough understanding of lending, coupled with her customer-first approach, which makes her a highly sought-after finance broker. Her experience, together with her dependable and knowledgeable advice, results in her clients achieving their property goals. To date, these goals have ranged from first home buyers looking to purchase their first property, to self-employed clients looking to grow their investment portfolios, or retirees looking to downsize and access equity in their homes. Prior to moving into broking, Julia spent over 25 years working in the banking and finance industry. In addition to this vast experience, she holds a Diploma of Mortgage Broker, qualifications in business administration and part way through a Diploma of Financial Planning. In her spare time, Julia most enjoys relaxing with a good book.

Before moving into broking, Soph was working in the banking and finance industry. In addition to this experience, Soph holds an accounting degree and postgraduate qualifications in finance. Outside of work, Soph enjoys spending time exploring new restaurants and coffee shops. Soph is also a big K-pop fan. She loves music and Korean TV shows.

Surinder recently founded and served as Managing Director of Australian Business Credit (ABCredit), a company renowned for addressing funding gaps unmet by traditional banks and non-bank lenders. Under his leadership, ABCredit specialised in lending niches overlooked by other lenders due to market immaturity or regulatory changes affecting banks. Surinder has assisted Australian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in various industries, earning multiple awards for excellence in product delivery and service. After divesting ABCredit, he established and now leads Folio Financial Services as its CEO. Surinder's extensive expertise and innovative approach continue to drive success and recognition in the finance industry.
Hirdesh Prasad is Director and General Manager and Head of Credit and Operations, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in financial services systems and technology. His expertise includes system integration, provisioning, compliance, and management. Hirdesh has successfully managed client relationships, operations, business development, IT management, and general business administration. In his previous role, Hirdesh transitioned a business from a private lender to a funding facility from a credit fund, and eventually to a bond facility. His proficiency in software development, particularly in the finance industry, includes the customisation and implementation of Salesforce to manage origination, ledger tracking integration, and servicing functions of Folio Financial Services.
